A fruity and fiery mango-ginger sorbet, a creamy ice cream with dark chocolate and rum-soaked raisins, or something completely different – what kind of ice cream are you dreaming of? In our workshop room, you'll have the opportunity to create the sorbet and creamy ice cream of your dreams together with our chocolate experts. You'll quickly discover your talent as a "gelataio" or "gelataia" and can take your own creations home with you.
