What payment methods are available?

Online orders can be paid for with Twint or credit card.

What does shipping with summer packaging mean?

Due to the high summer temperatures, we are only shipping our products with special insulated bags and cooling elements. Standard shipping is not available, as the risk of the valuable items melting is too high. However, products can still be picked up free of charge at our boutiques.

Can I place orders for multiple recipients?

Yes, please send us an email about this. services@maxchocolatier.com Please provide your desired product and address details. We will gladly arrange shipping for you.

Are there customs fees for international orders?

Yes, customs duties may apply to international orders. Due to new customs regulations, these invoices will be billed directly to the recipients.

Can I add a greeting card to my order?

Yes, you can easily select a greeting card during the ordering process and specify your desired text.

Where does Max Chocolatier ship to?

The products can be ordered internationally and are delivered via FedEx Priority.
