This cocoa comes from the hinterland of the Ecuadorian province of Esmeraldas, located along the Wimbi (Huimbi) River. The first bite of the "Rio Huimbi 42%" chocolate is strongly characterized by cocoa notes and pleasant milk chocolate aromas. Delicate caramel and subtle malt flavors complement this duet. Nutty butter and a gently caressing sweetness complete the finish.
